Marriage isn't for WIMPS...
Apparently, one of the reasons the marriage broke up was that the Materialistic Girl wouldn't share her mountains of cash, leaving "poor" Guy to foot all the bills-lock, stock & barrel.
Or was it the other way round?
You'd think that with S$720 million in her bank & S$35 million in his, there'd be no need to quarrel over who paid for popcorn at the movies?! haha.. :)
It just goes to show that in marriages, it's not the size of bank accounts that matters; its the attitude that accompanies the bank accounts.
One thing's for sure: Marriage isn't for wimps. There's something about marriage that, by definition, requires two people to give up "mine" & "yours" in order to create an "ours".
& that's not easy people..
..Good marriages & happy families r worth making compromises for..;)
